Know what you earn.

A straightforward 50/50 split of the labour charge before VAT.

Engineer pay rates

First hour	£47.50
Each extra 30 minutes	£23.75
Boiler service	£47.50
CP12 (landlord gas safety certificate)	£47.50
Boiler service + CP12 together	£71.25

Service & CP12 rates: a boiler service or a CP12 on its own pays you £47.50. When both are completed together, you receive £71.25 — the same as 90 minutes.

For example: your pay for a two-hour job is £95.00.

We allocate your jobs through Simpro. This Hub is for your rates and onboarding paperwork.

Collect locally

Need parts? We order them to the nearest merchant for you to collect. Wherever possible, we finish the job on the day.

Ready for the return

If another visit is needed, we order the parts for collection the next day. Use your own van stock? We replenish it the next day too.
